The Riverside B&B Open House during the Beaver County Boom in June was a success! Our B&B sign was installed the afternoon before, and it certainly made the B&B stand out as you walk or drive by. Russ is still doing some painting touch ups and we are trying to get my office situated downstairs.

Our photographer was here at the end of the month and photographed the bed and breakfast, some interesting local attractions, and even great shots of food we will serve.  She was here an entire week, and we learned a great deal about photography.  Her photos will be on our website which we plan to have up at the end of July.

It’s class reunion time so some of our first customers are friends that we have known since childhood.  How wonderful it was to host them and share some memories while making new ones! You can book your reservation online at www.riversidebb.com.

I mentioned the front porch on our previous blog in June, but there is also a nice backyard with adirondack chairs to relax in under a tree while enjoying a small fire in the chiminea. It is very relaxing as well and some fine conversation can be had in the evenings there.

Our inspections are complete for now. Final cleaning and dusting is in progress in preparation for our first guests.  Stocking the pantry is what I enjoy the most and brushing off some family and friend recipes for those breakfast favorites!
